Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a Problem report by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include a full description of the issue and pictures of the issue attached to the email.

When we receive a returned shipment, we will send an email notification to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges. We custom print all items to the size you specify so please reference any sizing charts available on product pages.
If you need a size change, they are offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
If you do need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible to take your items out of production. If you contact us soon enough your, order may not have gone to print and a full refund may be available. IF your purchase has already gone to print, it will be fulfilled and shipped and can’t be refunded.
